According to previous year's trend, the admission cut-offs for MBBS in government medical colleges of Tamil Nadu are all above 588 ( for OBC CANDIDATES).
As a result, it is unlikely that you are going to secure a seat for MBBS in a governmnent medical college.
However cut-offs fluctuate every year. So wait for the colleges to release their cut-offs for this year.
