Jee advanced is not the examination for getting into msc chemistry dear rather jee advanced is conducted to provide admission in IITs for Btech.
But yes in case if you are interested in getting into IITS for msc chemistry then you need to appear for IIT JAM examination , IIT JAM is Joint Admission Test for MSc .
IIT JAM is conducted every year in computer based mode, and it's duration in 3 hours.
