i just did one year serious study and secured 369 marks what should i do now should i drop another year or proceed with any private college
It totally depends on you. If you are ready to take the risk and go through that gruelling preparation phase then you can take the chance. But you should be determined to prove your decision right.

See if you are below 20, i would suggest take a drop. The level of education and security of job is much better in a govt college. However, you must know the risks too. The amount of hard work you put for 360 marks on doubling shall not give you double the marks. The hard work vs rank graph goes exponentially. Yes, if you are confident that you can do better take the risk.

Medical education in private colleges is very expensive, so if you decide to go for it then one year would be saved but the cost would be thrice of how much it is going to be in a government college.
If you believe that you can do better in an year's preparation and appear for the entrance exam next year, and also secure a seat in government medical college, it would save you a lot of expenses for the next 5 years.
It is ultimately for you to decide, so think wisely about the pros and cons of both the options and only then make a choice.
