    Hello,

    The empty blocks in the cutoff lists may imply that there were no seats alloted for that particular category in that Round . It may happen in such cases when there are no candidates available for the category, or because there are candidates but they don't meet the minimum cutoff decided for the Round.

    As you may have already seen, counselling and seat allotment was carried out in multiple rounds.
