i got 148 marks in neet i belong to sc cat..is there any chance for admission in govt bams ,bhms ?

As you know that the eligibility criteria for NEET is 50 percentile for general and 40 percentile for reservations. So i am sorry to tell you that you are not eligible for the admission in any government college.
Also for MBBS , BAMS ,BHMS , etc you need more than 500 marks at least.
But you can still try .
