Hello,
It depends upon your interest and your knowledge. Though I would suggest you to go for Medical biotechnology or for food biotechnology because these two fields are growing now a days and if you have interest in these then you can do more and more research work also. You can also choose fields like cellular biotechnology. Try to get colleges which are known for the fields in which you are interested.
