I live in Assam i completed my Higher secondary from Assam board in 2018 now preparing for Neet 2020 sir please tell me i have no PRC of Assam but i born in assam my parents from Bihar does it will create any problem during counseling about domicile.

It is okay if your birth place is different from your state of domicile, it won't cause any problems. You must fill your birth place as assam and state of domicile as Bihar since your parents belong to that state and can produce the required documents to proove it.

During counselling your state of domicile, which is Bihar, will be considered for the 85% state quota seats.
