No,you cannot give KCET exam as to fulfil the eligibility criteria of KCET 2019, the candidate should have studied and passed from a recognised institution situated in Karnataka.

The candidates who are children of migrants of Jammu and Kashmir are required to show proof of migration which they can get from the jurisdictional District Magistrate and Deputy Commissioner” of any state in India.
