I lost my photograph which are applied on the admit card what I do now?

For NEET examination you need to take same photo which you uploaded during filling of application. As you have lost your photo , go to the shop in which you took that photo (Photo studio will be having all the photos with them) or else take same photo again as in photo that you uploaded.

You mean you lost the soft copy (document) of the photo that you'd uploaded for the admit card !?
In that case you check the mail that you must have received on successful upload of the photograph + the signature. Also check the history.
