Both the courses have their own scopes. So , i cannot tell you which one is best as it highly depends upon your area of interest . But if we talk about future oppurtunities , then BHMS has an edge over B.Pharma.

Both have their own relevance, u should seek for your interest , pharma is easy and have good scope.
Bhms has little less scope it require struggle to establish u later in life.
