I m 39 year,belong to sc cast.i got a 49% marks in class 12,and 38 % marks in B.com,present time doing m.com final year.can i LLB .

This will depend on which college you choose and which exam you opt for.
Minimum 40% marks is must in SC or ST category in graduation for all University and secondly age upper cap is generally within 32 years so chances are extremely low for LLB cojrse.

Your answer is contrary to that of APRATIM , which says that there is no upper age limit please clarify.
