Last year cut off for Obc candidate in Himachal Pradesh under state quota for Mbbs was 472 at Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Government Medical College, Chamba and for BDS cut off was 415 at HP government dental college.
So going by previous years cut off you can expect to get a seat at 455. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.

You need only one. So, do not panic about seats. As far as getting a seat in concerned then it will be quite difficult to get an MBBS seat with this marks.

Last year the cutoff for Jawahar Lal Nehru mEdical college,, Chamba was around 510 for OBC's.
