Hello Raja, As per your query i would like to tell you from 2017 all states entrance exam are closed. Only NEET is a entrance exam for getting medical seat in all government, Private and deemed college. Through All India quota which is 15% you can get a medical seat in any other state of India.
Apart from NEET there are two more exam.
AllMS and JIPMER.

Yes. you will applied for medical exam in other state ...there is no restriction..
