If you belong to Telangana & wish to take admission in UP then you will be eligible to apply for the Management quota seats in private colleges. Based on this score you can not except very good colleges but you can try or you can also go for Deemed Universities.

With this rank the chances of getting into any good government college are bit rough but you could get admission into some good private college through state counseling and if you're going for management quota you could get into the top private college however this may cost you very much. So either try another year or to go for management quota.
