I am giving you below list of colleges in U.P with marks required in neet for Govt medical college und4r state quota for obc category :-
Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College:- 429
Motilal Nehru Medical College, Allahabad:- 465
Sarojini Naidu Medical College:-545
Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, Jhansi:-537
So dear with 520 marks in hand in neet you have good chances of getting a seat in Government Medical College in UP under state quota.

Yes of course but only for obc category,
All the marks which I have mentioned is for obc category.
