You did not specify your choice of state so that we would help accordingly. For last year, the general category cut off for some colleges are as follows: ESIC Medical College, Joka, Kolkata it was 551. Mahamaya Rajkiya Allopathic Medical College, Ambedkarnagar it was 550. Cut off is old and would vary each year with the number of candidates, seat position.
