i m having OBC cast certificate of MP state .now i m working in Maharashtra since last 20years my wards born in maharashtra he complited his 10th and 12th from maharashta .......he is also having obc certificate of MP .he vl be eligible for OBC kota of MP state ? ? ?.....what should i preffer ? ?

As you said you have OBC category certificate from MP state and as your son is also having the OBC category certificate from the same state then he is eligible to get benefit of state quota from MP. While as your son have completed his education from Maharashtra in also you are serving in Maharashtra since 20 years then you also eligible to get domicile certificate from Maharashtra . Is the eligibility condition to obtain Maharashtra domicile certificate says - Any person from the State of Maharashtra could obtain this certificate, provided that he/she is a resident in the State for the last 15 years.
