As you have mentioned that you have secured 35780 rank in neet2019 and assuiming that you are from unreserved category.
Although it is difficult to predict cutoff for colleges as it depends on various factors.
But looking at the ff of past few years I can say that, it will be difficult for you to get a seat in Chhattisgarh.
but if you belong to any other category then there are fair chances to get a seat.
