I m unable to reach for diff. state document verifications(NEET) in the 1st round. So can I apply for 2nd round counselling?

Dear Sir / Ma'm, the document verification is extremely important for the state counselling. The state merit list is released only once and that is done after the document verification is done. So, if you do not do the document verification, you cannot apply for any round of counselling.
