I made the payments but haven't recieved a confirmation mail yet

Question

while making payment for cat 2020,Rs 2000 deducted from my account with no confirmation mail or sms.the application is not yet submitted.I tried to reach them at the given contact information but no response.16th is the last date of submission.what should i do now..?

Dear Himani, please check if the amount was debited from your bank account. If yes, give it 24 hours and save the transaction details. If the amount hasn't been debited from your bank account, you may have to make another payment and check with your bank regarding the status of the first payment that you have made.
