i may get 280 marks in NEET 2019, can i get admission in medical college

Dear 280 marks in neet for clearing it but when it comes to getting a seat in Government Medical College then its very low , its so low that a student of sc / st category can't get a seat in bds .
so dear with this much marks, you cannot get a seat in Government Medical College.
You can think of preparing again for next year's neet and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor buy cleaning neet with flying colours.
