see chances for top and old iits is really less, however you may have chances in iit guwahati, iit patna, and you have chances in nits like nit durgapur, nit sikkim, manit bhopal etc.
see cutoff scores changes every year and also depends on various factors like number of participants, question difficulty level, number of participants etc.
so all the best for your future.
