I missed form filling for mopup round in state counselling, can i still go and have a chance

Hello dear student,
If you have already registered in previous rounds of counseling any previous round then there is no need for you to register again for the mop up round while if you have not registered earlier then fresh registration was mandatory and if you missed it then it's over and cannot help you with this .
