Admission to the courses in AKTU are through UPSEE, an entrance examination conducted by AKTU to get admission in the university. The final merit list is prepared after consideration of the  marks obtained in the entrance examination as well as in the candidates previous qualifying exam. Further, the eligibility criteria for a candidate is a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university of India with minimum 50% marks for General & OBC and 45% for SC/ST category. There is no information about direct admissions.
