I need some career advice for MTech CSE

I graduated from CSE, BTech in 2016. been working in a startup for 2 years (6LPA). Right now im thinking of doing MTech. Didn’t give GATE . Found few colleges without GATE and own entrance.

1. Is MTech needed for a CSE graduate, (in terms of LPA and higher positions in future, in same field)

2. And does the colleges have a good placement record for MTech Students.

3. And which colleges do you suggest for me.
