I need to know the minimum percentile required to qualify in mains.i got 44 percentile in Jan mains.how to secure more percentile.

According to careers360 rank formula,

Rank formula= [(100-total score) * (no of students wrote exam)] /100

No of students attended are 874469.

So your expected rank will be nearly around 4,89,703.

As per previous year jee mains, any rank below 2,00,000 will be qualified for jee advanced.

So according to expected rank of yours, so you are not eligible for jee advanced.

For securing more marks go through coaching and test series, practice online exams as much as possible and practice previous years exams as much as possible.

So don't worry prepare well and write april jee mains well. best of the two exams will be considered.
