Dear Sunil, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories for BJ Medical College have been as follows:
70% Regional:
General Category: 592
OBC: 552
30% State:
General Category: 553
OBC: 545
Based on previous cut offs and your marks you have a decent chance at a seat in BJ Medical College if you belong to OBC Category.
