It will be hard to predict exact cutoff of jee mains but according to previous year cutoffs lowest cutoff is 49 for OBC . So you may not be qualified. So I would advise to reappear in April session to score some more marks .

It is hard to say that you can get an IIT or not, as it depends on your AIR. If you have an AIR less than 600, then there is a chance you might get into NIT.

The GATE marks that you score in that three hour exam. This depends on the difficulty level of the question paper.

Eg. 48 marks in GATE 2012 may be equivalent to 35 makrs in GATE 2013.

So your selection in IIT depends on your All india Rank.
