i passed 12th class in 2016-2017 sesseion can i give jee advance this year

No, according to the eligibility criteria of Jee advance you can give jee advance in consecutive 2 years of your class 12 year that is if you have passed out in 2017 you can give jee advance if 2017 and 2018. Though you can give jee mains this year.

According to eligiblity criteria one can appear in jee advanced in apearing and next year that is passed. That means one who has passed 12th in 2018 and going to passin 2019 is only eligible to appear for advanced in 2019.
Since you passed in 2017 so you are not eligible to appear for it.
