I passed 11th & 12th from delhi. I get 464 marks in NEET UG 2019 with AIR-73128 under SC Category. Can i get seat in 2nd round in IP

Your score in NEET 2019 leaves you with less chances of getting admission in government medical college of delhi through state quota in SC category. The cutoff for last year for SC category was 417 marks and college alloted was North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College, New Delhi but that score had AIR 65197, the cutoff for Dr BabaSaheb Ambedkar Medical College and Hospital, New Delhi was also 417 marks and AIR was 65141. The cutoffs for colleges under DU(internal) were even more for SC category.
So your chances are less as cutoffs are expected to be higher this year and closing rank of previous year are lesser than you AIR.
