I passed 12 in 2016 and addmision in bsc 1 year in 2017 . can I sit in jeemain exam and get a college

Yes, you can appear for JEE Main exam in order to get admission.
If you take admission in any engineering college then you have to leave your B.Sc as you can not do two regular degrees.
