Yes you can give just go and fill up the form try to do well in it and you might get a good college outside india for sure

Yes, you can give SAT. There are no specific eligibility criteria for SAT 2017. Since SAT is taken for admission in colleges, students are advised to take the test when they are in junior or senior high school. SAT is held for admission into colleges in the US & Canada.
