I passed 12th in 2018 but not pass in mains 2018.In 2019 I qualify in main & give advanced first time . Am I eligible for jee advanced 2020.

As you say that you passed 12th in 2018. Then you had only change to attempted Jee advance at 2018and 2019. It is rules of Jee advance .
Hence you are not eligible to apply again Jee advance in 2020.
