I would suggest post diploma in engi management in nicmar which is a reputed college in India with good placement ratio.please go through their website for more details.if you do this course you can join mnc companies and also get offers  abroad.

We can understand your concern.
Since, you mentioned you're not good at studies it is no point wasting your time devoting to PG course.

There are some great option like MS in mechanical engineering from US based colleges or taking up MBA in Operations from top30 Bschools.

However, ithe path shall not be easy, you're required to go through entrance exams and if you're not confident enough we simply dont recommend pursuing PG.

You can alternatively take up short term Certification courses online which are very helpful in job prospects and promotion.

Some courses into manufacturing and project management, Logistics, Procurement, etc are of grrat demand and require minimal studies to pass the exam with ample of time.
Meanwhile you can carry on with your job without hampering studies.

courses on weekends and Working on weekdays, is perfect combination to your problem.

Course providers like Coursera and EdX are best for taking up above mentioned courses
