I passed class 12 with PCB, can I do B.sc without matematics?

There are a lot of BSc courses that doesn't require Mathematics.Some of them are given below :
BSc in Botany,Zoology, Agriculture,Forensic Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Environmental Science, Occupational Therapy, Anthropology, Pathology, Microbiology, Speech Therapy, Genetics, Audiology, medical Laboratory Technology.
Make sure that you satisfy all the eligibility criteria mentioned before applying for a particular course.

I think your Question is Contradicting with itself.
If are a PCB passed out and that too without maths then yes, you can obviously do Bsc without Maths. You don't need to worry at all.
Just apply for any colleges which you want and opt for any stream like, Chemistry or Physics and just go for it.
