I passed my I Sc. from jharkhand but I belong to bihar then which is my home state for neet?

Dear Student,
You could apply from any of the states. In such cases, students often tend to use the state which has good colleges and high probability for them to get the admission. In any case, however, you have to produce the proof. For Bihar, you have to produce the "DOMICILE CERTIFICATE". For Jharkhand, your schooling proof.
