I passed my MBBS in 2017 Mar but I dont have my degree cert. Will there be any problem in NEET PG counselling with my provisional cert.??

Ther should not be any problem. The degrees are awarded by different universities at different time hence , many cannot submit while admissions. The provisional certificate ate issued by the institute shall be used in place under the original arrives.
