I passed the graduationwith 40 %mark on 2014 after which I could not do futher studies.Now what should I do so that can get the job.

You haven't mentioned your stream, in case you have done graduation in science stream, you can do short-term courses as per your areas of interest, for example if you have interest in IT or computer science, then there are certain courses which you can learn, take the help of MOOCs in this regard such as EdX, Coursera,HubSpot, Alison, Linkedin Learning to name a few, there are many free courses also you can upgrade your knowledge, you can try for government exams as majority of its doesn't ask for specific aggregate such as SSC CGL, UPSC, state level PSCS, banking and insurance exams barring few where 50%-60% aggregate is must, you can also try teaching, today with advent of technology the online teaching has gained immense importance, and ed-tech industry does offer good opportunities, stagnancy is never good, so whatever it is you put effort and try your best, take yourself out of the comfort zone as growth shall only take place once you challenge yourself and the capabilities you have.
