I passout my 10th and 12th from Maharashtra board but I scored only 57% in 12th std ,PCB aggregate (48%) I am from OBC caste from UP and have a caste certificate of UP,So am I eligible for NEET exam from OBC caste?? and can i get a government medical College from all over India with OBC caste??
