No,if you want to study mbbs abroad in next year then you have to qualify the neet exam of that particular year,you cannot show previous year neet score.I hope this information helps you.

Hello Kala,
There is no such rule that you can get admission into a college through previous years cut off marks.
You need to qualify the current year exam in order to get admission in the present year.
