I qualified in jee mains 2020 I can try for councling?? councling eligibility is only one should qualify jee mains? ?

As per the eligibility criteria, candidates who qualify JEE main or JEE advanced are eligible to participate in JOSAA counseling.

So, yes you are eligible and because you did qualify the exam, you can try for all other state counseling like M.P, Punjab, Maharashtra, etc as well, you have chances of getting good Institutes.

Dear student, you can participate in jossa counseling irrespective of your rank. The jee Mains cutoff is only made so that it will decide whether you are eligible to give jee advanced or not. It doesn't matter if you have qualified the jee main or not you can sit in jossa counseling. All students that have given jee mains exam are eligible to sit in jossa counseling. There is no such eligibility criteria  that if you have qualified the jee mains then only you can sit in counseling. If you are not qualified then also you can do in counseling but you will not get any seat
