I qualified my neet exam with 143 marks. Is there any chances of being in veterinary doctor.

For general merit students approx. 425-450 score - all India quota govt. Seat.
For General merit students approx. 320-400 - state govt. Quota (depends on state domicile)
For private colleges- there are very few private colleges in India for Veterinary - lesser NEET score will do as the private college fee is much higher as compared to Government colleges.
