That's the right time to start your preparation .
First of all complete basic concepts of your ncert of physics, chemistry and Biology and yes for biology stick to your ncert , its like a Bible for neet students.
For chemistry ncert is also enough , you can use books like MS chauhan to make your concepts even better. Now for physics you can use DISHA NEET guide book , its perfect for neet for physics.
After these practice previous 30 years question of neet and your preparation will complete with this.
