I really Like Cs and WANT's to do CSE . Tell me the Raging Free and Good NIT college if my Mains Rank will be more than 20 000

The rank which You mentioned is Not quite good so there are No any Good NIT which You will get at This Rank, However, If You can Improve Your rank to 4000 then There are some Good colleges such as Warangal, Allahabad, Jaipur. Due to strict rules enforced by the Authorities its is rare to find Raggings in IIT and NIT, therefore, You should Not worry about it.
