i registered CA foundation today and i paid through online and i forgot to take print of registration form what can i do?

Visit the webpage again n check for contact info. Write a mail to send you a soft copy of your registration. If they ask for your registration ID then do provide after verification.
Don't share important details and stay cautious. If toll free number is available then do make a call and ask them to help you out. Surely you will get your document safely. Make sure not to repeat it. Keep your documents safe.
