Since document verification is a mandatory step in counselling and you have missed it, unfortunately nothing much can be done. You might not be able to take part in the counselling process further. To confirm the same I'll suggest you to call the helpline number given on the official website of counselling authority.
Anyways you can go for management quota seats in private colleges but fees would be more than 40 lakhs for. Contact the college directly for these seats.

Good to hear from you. Usually, state-level counseling will be conducted in rounds. If you have missed round-I you can apply for round-II. You can apply for it through online using the official website for neet (Karnataka).
