Hello Shivi, I found a helpline number and email for you. Please call them or write an email to them and they may help you because State Counselling registrations do not have correction windows amd edit are not allowed.

Can you ives us more details what you want to ask, means in which admission counselling you fill all these details and when you filled the form, if possible we can try our level best to solve your query, please mention all the details.
