Also i registered in NEET under OBC. Later stage only i understand abt the creamy layer and non creamy layer. If i can not produce the income certificate with creamy layer income margins during certification verification for OBC category, what will be the impact. R they reject my allotment.
Or can i possible to fill in the Counseling application with UR category straight way.

NO, if you have applied under resident indian category, i dont think so you are allowed to fill the registration under NRI category as you have produce documents related for that which will be thoroughly checked by the officials.
