I registered with unreserved ctgry on UP neet counseling on round1 at that time i appliedfor ews certificate but now i got my ews

I am sorry to tell you but since you participated in 1st round of counselling as an unreserved candidate , you cannot change your category in the round 2 as you cannot register again and change your category because those participated in round need to just fill their choice filling form only. So you can't change your category now.
