It was sad that you could not do well in boards and JEE but dear you need to stresss yourself rather you should start preparing for jee right now, as you can appear for improvement exam in 2020 and you can appear in JEE as well.

Yes, you are eligible. The JEE advanced can be given twice , and since you have appeared only once, you are still eligible for jee advanced. You will be eligible for JEE mains till 2021, since that can be given thrice. The better marks among your boards and improvement will be taken.
